Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Risk Manager for the Wealth & Trading team. You will sit in the first line of defence, using data-driven insights to shape risk management strategies and ensure safe, scalable growth across products.

You will identify risks, design controls, and develop procedures while delivering timely risk reports and indicators to senior stakeholders. This role emphasizes rigorous analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or higher from a top university.
• 2+ years of operational risk management or management consulting in financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes.
• Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risks.
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls.
• Developing and testing key procedures.
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators.
• Preparing and delivering risk incident reports.
