Job summary

Revolut Ltd. seeks a Wealth & Trading Regulatory Counsel with cross-border experience to analyse legal issues in new markets and to build processes supporting growth and scale expansion. The role combines advisory leadership with executional work across global teams.

You will advise on structuring and launching investment products, manage licensing processes, and support the setup of wealth and trading entities while expanding into new jurisdictions. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth and trading (investment services, financial markets, and/or asset management)
• 3+ years of experience advising on cross-border market access, licensing, and passporting rules
• Experience as a private-practice lawyer at a top law firm with excellent credentials
• Business-oriented mindset to solve regulatory challenges
• Ownership skills and ability to work independently in ambiguity
• Interest in financial markets with securities/asset management exposure
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Advising on compliance and legal issues for structuring and launching investment products in new markets
• Assisting Heads of Legal in new markets to manage legal risks and teams
• Reviewing licensing applications for authorisations in new markets
• Supporting setup of wealth and trading entities
• Structuring processes to integrate legal workload and risk into expansion methods
• Collaborating with global team members
• Leading while also executing tasks
• Handling complex matters with short turnaround times
