Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Risk Manager for the Wealth & Trading team. You will sit in the first line of defence, using data-driven insights to shape risk management strategies and ensure safe, scalable growth across products.

You will identify risks, design controls, and develop procedures while delivering timely risk reports and indicators to senior stakeholders. This role emphasizes rigorous analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or higher from a top university.
• 2+ years of operational risk management or management consulting in financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes.
• Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions.

About the role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and support our Wealth and Trading team. You'll use your analytical skills to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

What you’ll be doing
