Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Wealth & Trading Regulatory Counsel with cross-border experience to analyse legal issues in new markets and build processes to support growth and expansion.

You will work with teams across Revolut to ensure growth remains secure, compliant, and scalable for the long term. Fluency in English and a business-oriented mindset are essential as we navigate licensing, market access, and complex financial regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth and trading (investment services, financial markets, and/or asset management)
• 3+ years of experience advising on cross-border market access, licensing, and passporting rules
• Experience as a private-practise lawyer at a top law firm with excellent credentials
• Business-minded to find actionable legal/regulatory solutions

Responsibilities

• Advising on compliance and legal issues surrounding the structuring and launch of investment products and services in new markets
• Assisting Heads of Legal in new markets manage legal risks and their team
• Reviewing licensing applications for requests for authorisations in new markets
• Supporting the setting up of wealth and trading entities
• Helping to structure processes to incorporate legal workload and risk into expansion methods
• Engaging and collaborating with team members around the world
• Excelling at leadership while also undertaking executional work
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
