Qualifications

• 5+ years of wealth and trading experience.
• 3+ years cross-border licensing and passporting experience.
• Experience as a private-practice lawyer at a top law firm.
• Business-oriented mindset to solve regulatory challenges.
• Ownership to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on compliance and legal issues for investment products in new markets.
• Assist Heads of Legal in new markets to manage legal risks.
• Review licensing applications for authorisations in new markets.
• Support the setting up of wealth and trading entities.
• Help structure processes to integrate legal workload into expansion methods.
• Collaborate with team members around the world.
• Lead while executing on projects.
• Handle significant, complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
