Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to strengthen our Wealth and Trading risk framework. You will identify and assess operational risks, design controls, and develop key procedures to enable sustainable growth.

You will work within our first line of defence, translating complex data into actionable insights and building robust risk indicators that support fast-moving financial services environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth and trading processes.
• Experience interpreting and organising complex data into actionable insights.
• A solid track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions.
• The ability to quickly assume responsibilities.
• An organised and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
