Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to join the Wealth & Trading team in the UK. You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and service delivery to manage third-party relationships, due diligence, and regulatory reporting.

You will define governance, monitor SLAs, and ensure proper risk assessments for outsourcing activities across the group, shaping future supplier strategies and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in outsourcing or third-party risk management.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and resilience regulations in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Identify activities for outsourcing and select appropriate partners.
• Manage full vendor lifecycle: due diligence, onboarding, agreements, renewals, off-boarding, exit plans.
• Lead third-party risk activities: onboarding, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring.
