Qualifications

• Experience managing the risk cycle for retail credit products.
• Bachelor's degree from a top university in a quantitative/analytical field.
• Strong understanding of credit policy governance frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering results beyond requirements.
• Ability to plan ahead and balance multiple objectives.
• Knowledge of credit and behavioural scoring models.

Responsibilities

• Develop credit risk policies and underwriting standards for retail lending.
• Lead validation of underwriting strategies and risk controls.
• Adjust risk-return requirements based on new data.
• Support annual planning and budgeting for the Credit department.
• Monitor credit KPIs and report on performance insights.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
