Job summary

Nucleus Financial seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding for our wealth-management platforms, across Imago and Tercero. You will configure platforms, plan migrations, and work with client teams to ensure accurate data migration from extraction to go-live.

The role requires wealth-management experience, data‑migration proficiency, and strong collaboration with cross-functional Product, Tech, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Essential: demonstrable experience within wealth management or closely related financial services.
• Essential: practical understanding of wealth management platforms, client structures, and investment data.
• Experience delivering technical implementations or client onboarding onto financial platforms.
• Hands-on data migration: extraction, profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong data manipulation and advanced Excel capability with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own technical migration readiness, go-live and cutover activities.
• Configure platforms: products, portfolios, fee structures, workflows and permissions.
• Plan and progress implementation tasks, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation and mapping to target platform.
• Collaborate with client IT/ops teams to resolve migration queries and document findings.
• Maintain mapping documents, runbooks and reconciliation evidence for governance.
