Job summary

InvestCloud is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for Digital Wealth to lead client implementations and platform delivery engagements from initiation through completion. You will manage resources, budgets, schedules, risk, and scope while driving quality results and ensuring high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a wealth management background to support growth across digital platforms and advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience in a technology environment.
• Experience with industry-standard PM tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• 2–3 years leading complex project teams, workstreams, or delivery efforts.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Tempo, Confluence).
• Financial services industry experience; background in wealth management or digital platforms is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and custom solutions for Digital Wealth clients.
• Lead all phases of project execution within approved scope, budget, and timeline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive risk management.
• Manage resources and deliverables across a cross-functional, matrixed organisation.
• Create and maintain accurate project status, budgets, schedules, forecasts and scope updates.
