InvestCloud is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Digital Wealth client implementations in London. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure successful platform delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience in a technology environment.
• 5+ years of experience using industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• 2–3 years of experience leading complex project teams, workstreams, or delivery efforts.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Experience with fast-paced, evolving organizations and changing priorities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and Digital Wealth client solutions.
• Lead all phases of project execution within approved scope, budget, and timeline.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and risk management.
• Manage resources and deliverables across a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Create and maintain accurate project status, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, milestones, and due dates.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Escalate and resolve issues while informing stakeholders.
• Coordinate with executive audiences through status meetings and reports.
• Drive accountability and ensure timely, quality delivery.
