Nucleus Financial Platforms is seeking an Implementation Consultant in London to support pensions-related implementations across the wealth management space. You will bridge customers, business teams, and technical delivery, ensuring requirements are met and outcomes delivered.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, governance, and delivery across blended teams within the Nucleus Enterprise group, with a focus on pension schemes and wealth management platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience within the pensions industry across operations, change, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of pension schemes and wealth management platforms.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage governance.
• Experience in implementation activities and delivery execution.
• Excellent stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Experience supporting testing, including test cases and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute implementation activities using established governance.
• Gather requirements with Sales, document functional specs and user stories.
• Support pension-related implementations and manage risks.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, support UAT and defect management.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
