Job summary

FNZ (UK) Ltd is seeking a Solution Consultant to translate business objectives into platform solutions and lead transformation initiatives across client implementations. You will be a trusted advisor guiding discovery, design, configuration, testing and business readiness.

In this client-facing role, you will contribute to solution sizing, engage with delivery and production support teams, and support sales opportunities. Hybrid/Remote options available with clear career progression.

Qualifications

Experience in a Business Analysis, Consulting, Solution Design or similar client-facing role.
Ability to gather, analyse and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
Experience in a delivery, consulting or transformation environment.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly analytical and commercially aware mindset.
Ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Solution Design: Partner with clients to understand objectives, challenges and requirements. Define business outcomes, requirements, solution designs and TOMs.
Platform & Implementation Expertise: Lead the FNZ Model Wealth Solution (MWS) configuration for platform implementations and design platform integrations.
Business Transformation & Readiness: Advise on operating model design, readiness activities and SLAs, and deliver training/workshops.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead project teams, promote continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
