Job summary

Wealthtime is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Transformation team, focusing on wealth management platforms and migration initiatives. You will map end-to-end processes, align business needs with data, and ensure client, adviser and operational impacts are clearly understood and delivered.

You will collaborate across front, middle and back-office teams, lead workshops, document requirements, validate designs and support readiness, deployment, and post-migration validation with a pragmatic,

Qualifications

Experience in wealth management and migration projects.
Ability to map client, adviser, account, asset structures.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed requirements gathering across wealth management, platform operations, adviser servicing and investment operations.
Translate business needs into structured documentation including BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria and data mapping.
Facilitate workshops and process discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand client, adviser, account and reporting requirements.
Support migration planning, dress rehearsals, cutover readiness and post-migration validation, ensuring operational teams understand impacts and controls.
Work with technology partners to validate requirements and solution designs; contribute to governance materials.
