Job summary

Quilter Cheviot – part of Quilter – is seeking a Client Relationship specialist to join the Advice team in a hybrid role based in London or Birmingham. You will support Financial Planners, prepare client meeting packs, and manage new business submissions with Quilter Investment Platform and third-party providers.

The role emphasizes high-quality client service, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple products and teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in financial planning support is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality meeting packs and recommendation reports for client meetings.
• Submit new business with providers and track progress in Quilter platforms.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email, providing timely updates.
• Maintain accurate client records on the X-Plan system.
• Understand and apply the Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.
