Quilter Cheviot in London or Birmingham (Hybrid) seeks a Client Relationship role to support Financial Planners and paraplanning teams. You will prepare meeting packs, submit new business, and maintain client records, while delivering excellent client service and upholding the Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality meeting packs and recommendation reports for client meetings.
• Submit new business with various providers and manage progress to implement advice.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing updates and handling queries.
• Maintain accurate client records in the in-house X-Plan system.
• Understand and apply Quilter Cheviot's Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.
