Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Client Relationship professional to join the Advice team, supporting Financial Planners and paraplanning. You will coordinate meeting packs, manage new business submissions, and provide timely client updates.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory alignment, and strong client service in a fast-growing wealth management environment. Location options include London or Birmingham with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workloads.
• Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience in client-facing roles within financial services (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meeting packs and recommendation reports for client meetings.
• Submit new business with providers and manage progress to implement advice.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing updates.
• Maintain accurate client records in the in-house X-Plan system.
• Understand and apply Quilter Cheviot's Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.
