Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Client Relationship professional to support the Advice team across Chester, Leeds or Manchester. Hybrid work is available in a fast-growing wealth management environment.

You will prepare meeting packs, submit new business and maintain accurate client records while keeping clients updated by phone and email. The role supports Financial Planners and paraplanning teams with a focus on client outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently.

• Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meeting packs and recommendation reports for client meetings.
• Submit new business with providers and manage progress to implement advice.
• Maintain client records on the inhouse system, X-Plan.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email with timely updates.
• Understand and apply Quilter Cheviot Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.
• Support financial planners and paraplanning teams.
