Job summary

Quilter Cheviot, part of Quilter plc, is seeking a Client Relationship professional to support the Wealth Planning & Advice team in London or Birmingham. The role involves preparing meeting packs and recommendation reports, handling new business submissions, and maintaining client records with the X-Plan system in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive; able to manage workloads independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service.
• Strong IT skills; proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience in financial planning/wealth management processes is preferred.
• Able to deliver training and coach colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meeting packs and recommendation reports ahead of client meetings.
• Submit new business with various providers and track progress in advisory processes.
• Maintain accurate client records in the X-Plan system.
• Communicate with clients regularly via telephone and email, providing timely updates.
• Support the advisory team and ensure compliance with Treating Customers Fairly.
