Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Client Relationship professional to support the Advice team. The role involves preparing meeting packs, submitting new business, and maintaining client records, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.

Based in London or Birmingham with a hybrid working arrangement, the candidate will work closely with Financial Planners and paraplanning, contributing to the overall client outcomes and the Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.

Qualifications

• High levels of organisation and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve best client outcomes.
• Meet tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent written communication and customer service.
• Experience in financial planning is beneficial.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high quality meeting packs and recommendation reports for client meetings.
• Submit new business with providers and manage progress to ensure advised actions are implemented.
• Maintain client records on inhouse system (X-Plan).
• Communicate with clients via phone and email with timely updates.
• Adhere to the Treating Customers Fairly philosophy through training.
