Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking a proactive Client Relationship team member within the Advice department. The role supports a team of Financial Planners and paraplanning, handling client communications, meeting packs, and new business submissions across Quilter and third-party providers.

The position is in a fast-growing wealth management business with emphasis on personal development, strong teamwork, and a commitment to the Treating Customers Fairly philosophy.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive, able to manage priorities
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve best client outcomes
• Excellent written skills and attention to detail
• Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change quickly
• Experience within financial planning industry preferred
• Strong IT and training delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality meeting packs and recommendation reports for client meetings
• Submit new business with various providers and track progress
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email, providing timely updates
• Maintain accurate client records on the inhouse system X-Plan
• Understand Quilter Cheviot Treating Customers Fairly philosophy through training
• Possess strong client service focus
