Quilter Cheviot in the UK is seeking a proactive Client Relationship professional to join the Advice division on a hybrid basis across Chester, Leeds or Manchester. The role involves preparing high quality meeting packs, handling new business submissions, and keeping clients informed by phone and email while collaborating with the paraplanning and financial planning teams.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently.
• Excellent written skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
• Experience in financial planning industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high quality meeting packs/recommendation reports and application forms for client meetings.
• Submit new business with various providers and manage progress to ensure advice is implemented correctly.
• Communicate with clients via telephone and email, providing updates on ongoing cases.
• Maintain accurate client records on in-house system X-Plan.
• Understand and apply Quilter Cheviot Treating Customers Fairly philosophy through training.
