Job summary

Babcock International Group is seeking a Waterfront Multi Skilled Operative - Lift Supervisor to join the team at Faslane, Helensburgh. You will provide multi-skilled support to the Waterfront Department and supervise lifting operations in line with LO LR and BS7121 regulations.

Role is full-time and on-site, requiring DL B, specific lifting qualifications, and SC clearance. You will contribute to safe, efficient lifting, mentoring crew, and maintaining key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• LOLER and BS7121 regulations knowledge.
• Experience operating base Mobile Cranes.
• Experience with Waterfront lifting operations and SLDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSO support for lifting operations and supervise lifts per plan.
• Ensure compliance with Safe System of Work and regulations.
• Mentor lifting team members and coordinate with Appointed Person.
• Maintain safe, productive lifting operations and report incidents.
• Support Waterfront Department maintenance and KPI objectives.
