Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Business Analyst to support IT change initiatives on a contract basis in Exeter. You will work across enterprise-level programs in a predominantly Waterfall environment, eliciting and documenting complex requirements, facilitating workshops, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires proven delivery on transformation projects, strong process improvement skills, and experience in regulated or complex

Qualifications

Significant experience contracting as a Business Analyst.
Proven track record delivering Waterfall projects.
Strong stakeholder management across organisational levels.
Experience gathering, analysing and documenting complex business requirements.
Strong process improvement and business change experience.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience working on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support multiple Waterfall projects and initiatives across IT Change.
Define and document business and system requirements.
Facilitate workshops and workshops with stakeholders to elicit needs.
Help deliver projects from requirements through to implementation within a Waterfall framework.
