Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Business Analyst to support IT change initiatives on a contract basis in Exeter. You will work across enterprise-level programs in a predominantly Waterfall environment, eliciting and documenting complex requirements, facilitating workshops, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Business Analyst IT Change & Transformation (Contract)

Pay Rate: (Apply online only) per day, Inside IR35 (Umbrella)

Working Patterns: 2 days on-site p/w in Exeter

Duration: 6 months initially, extension likely

Team: IT Change (enterprise, systems, business)

Opus are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation BA to support on multiple Waterfall projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will work across multiple business and technology change initiatives, helping to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery of projects within a predominantly Waterfall environment.

Essential:

• Must bring significant experience contracting as a Business Analyst
• Within reasonable commutable distance to Exeter
• Proven experience delivering projects within Waterfall project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements.
• Strong process improvement and business change experience.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience working across enterprise-wide business or systems transformation projects.
• Exposure to change management and transformation initiatives.
• Experience within regulated or complex operational environments

Desirable:

• You've previously delivered on Salesforce CRM system change & transformation projects
• You bring industry experience working in the utilities and finance sectors.
