Job summary

Portsmouth Water is seeking a Business Change Analyst on a 12 month fixed‑term contract to drive change across the organisation as new systems and processes are introduced. You will gather requirements, map processes, and create user stories and acceptance criteria working with Product Owners and stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, assess impacts and readiness, and support training and adoption activities to ensure successful delivery and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear change management plans.
• Analytical mindset to identify impacts and training needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews/workshops to map future processes and impacts.
• Assess readiness, risks, dependencies and interventions.
• Develop detailed change impact assessments with organisational leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on readiness plans.
• Support creation of tools and learning moments to strengthen change capability.
