Job summary

Experis Scotland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major IT and technology transformation programme. The role bridges business and technology across multiple workstreams, shaping requirements, process maps and user stories to enable platform development and migration activities.

You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, facilitate workshops, and support testing, change management and business readiness as part of a large-scale transformation effort in a hybrid Perth,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology, transformation or change environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and analysis skills.
• Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working on large-scale IT, digital or business transformation projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with business stakeholders, project managers, SMEs and technical teams to define and validate requirements.
• Produce high-quality BRDs, process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to identify improvements.
• Support platform development by ensuring well-defined business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions across the organisation.
• Support data and system migration activities, understanding business impacts.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Contribute to solution design discussions aligning with business objectives.
