Job summary

The London Borough of Bexley is seeking two Transformation Business Analysts to drive complex business analysis across major transformation programmes. You will help services define problems, collect requirements, redesign processes and develop sustainable solutions delivering measurable benefits for residents and the organisation.

You will work across the full project lifecycle from problem definition to testing, develop target operating models, produce robust business cases and support

Qualifications

Extensive experience applying BA tools and techniques in complex projects.
Strong experience in process mapping, redesign and continuous improvement.
Experience developing target operating models and supporting service transformation.
Experience preparing robust business cases and contributing to benefits realisation.

Responsibilities
