Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual based in the Twickenham area who is looking for a role as a Water Treatment Service Chemist to join a successful water treatment company servicing a wide range of industrial and commercial contracts. Applications from Kingston upon Thames, Hayes, Epsom, Mitcham and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience working as a water treatment service chemist role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of water treatment/hygiene industry essential.
• Competent with Microsoft office package.

Role

• Chemical Analysis on Cooling towers, Steam boilers and closed heated and chilled systems.
• Maintenance on Domestic and Industrial water systems.
• Routine monitoring tasks at multiple sector properties.
• Dosing of systems, closed system flushing, water softener servicing and disinfection of systems.
• Providing the full range of Service Chemist duties on an array of systems across a variety of sectors.
• Flushing of Calorifiers.
• Updating of Site Log Books.
• Chemical tank cleans, temperature monitoring, cooling towers and chlorination – steam boilers.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
