Pertemps Thames Water is seeking a Process Technician to support essential water treatment operations in Bourton-on-the-Water. The role is full-time, based on site, with a 38-hour week and a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• IT literacy and basic data entry.
• Willingness to work shifts and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site operations are safe and compliant with environmental rules.
• Monitor and adjust treatment equipment; record readings accurately.
• Liaise with colleagues and contractors; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain data on site performance and prepare reports.
• Participate in a 7-day rota including weekend work.
