Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Operations Process Technician to join the frontline teams covering the Cirencester area. You will work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota arrangements and additional payments.

In this role, you will monitor and maintain wastewater treatment equipment, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to a greener future alongside a dedicated team. Full training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• IT skills to input site data and use handheld device.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sites run safely, efficiently, and within specifications.
• Monitor, inspect and maintain equipment; report defects and attempt first-time fixes.
• Escalate health and safety concerns to management when needed.
• Collate and report data to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Work pattern includes one weekend every 6 weeks.
