Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is hiring a Project Manager to join our Water Asset Design team. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from optioning through delivery and handover, coordinating with clients and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

You'll manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk across infrastructure and non-infrastructure water projects for UK clients, promoting safe delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects, preferably in water.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, risks, and schedules.
• Professional institutions membership (APM/PMI/MICE) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from optioning through delivery and handover.
• Own project proposals including scope, resources, programme, and budgets.
• Manage P&L, revenue, margin, and cash collection.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and schedules.
• Monitor schedule, budgets, forecasts, and risk with contract administration.
• Communicate project information to team and client.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned.
