Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Waterlink Scheduling Support to coordinate with customers and field teams, schedule appointments, manage workloads and prepare daily work packs.

You will organise street-work notices, monitor scheduling tools such as Maximo, and report on performance metrics including highways and new connections, ensuring high service standards and timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer services skills.
• Operational background with Maximo, Business Objects and GIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works with customers and keep them updated on changes.
• Assign field staff work based on requirements and workloads.
• Prepare daily work information packs for contractors and plumbers.
• Keep scheduling tools up to date with briefs, leave and training.
• Organise reinstatement and street-work notices to meet deadlines.
• Close street-work notices to prevent penalties and liaise with field teams.
• Monitor workloads using Maximo and client systems and update as needed.
• Quality-check 100% of completed work for SEW and customers.
• Report on highways performance, CSL, conversions, water efficiency and KPIs.
