Job summary

South East Water UK is seeking a Waterlink Plumber to join our team. You will handle plumbing tasks from leak repairs to installing water-saving devices and conducting Water Efficiency Audits, while assisting with project planning and cost reviews.

You will report on progress, liaise with customers, and support both office and field teams. A strong focus on safety, quality and compliance is essential, with standby emergency duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Level 2 City and Guild Plumbing qualification is required.
• Strong operational knowledge and industry experience essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed records of works for cost, measurement and quality.
• Assist supervision of site work focusing on quality, safety and cost efficiency.
• Explain work to customers to ensure peace of mind.
• Manage customer needs, expectations, queries and complaints fairly.
