Job summary

Esh-Stantec, a joint venture between Esh Construction and Stantec, is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join the water and wastewater capital projects team in the UK. You will oversee commercial delivery, ensure accurate measurement, valuation and cash flow, and support project delivery through financial control and contractual compliance.

The role requires experience in measurement, valuation, cost control, subcontract management and contract administration within the civil

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in commercial environment.
• Competent in Civil Engineering construction processes

Responsibilities

• Drive cost control and value engineering on projects.
• Measure works on site and from drawings.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Assist in cost reporting and CVRs.
• Administer subcontracts and manage notices.
• Support procurement and payment applications.
• Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain commercial records and governance
