Job summary

Esh Group is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its civils frameworks division, based in North East England. This role involves overseeing the commercial management of contracts within the Water Industry, ensuring accurate measurement and effective cash flow management across projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree and significant experience within the Water Industry. Responsibilities include preparing valuations, managing subcontractor agreements, and working closely with project teams to monitor progress and finances. Qualifications

• Minimum of a relevant Degree or equivalent.
• Experience of the Water Industry including Water Treatment Processes.
• Experience of working on Frameworks within the relevant sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial management of contracts within the Water Industry.
• Ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and effective cash flow management.
• Prepare Interim Valuations and Final Accounts.
