Esh Group in Durham is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial management of water sector contracts. You will ensure accurate measurement, valuations, and cash flow across projects, supporting delivery through financial control and contractual compliance.

You will prepare interim valuations, manage sub-contractor payments, assess variations, and produce monthly cost-to-completion forecasts with the Site Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with water industry contracts and NEC/Target Cost.
• Strong measurement, valuation, and contract administration skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Procurement and management of sub-contractors per programme.
• Administer sub-contractor contracts and variations.
• Evaluate sub-contractor payments and issue notices.
• Produce cost value reconciliations and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Site Manager to monitor progress and margin.
