Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Network Service Technician in North London to maintain and resolve issues within our clean water network, ensuring minimal disruption to customer supply. You will be the face of Thames Water to customers, blending strong customer service with practical field-based problem solving.

Your duties include operating and isolating water mains, owning customer queries, supporting leakage detection and project work, and ensuring health, safety and water quality standards.

Qualifications

• A clean UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
• IT literacy and good time management.
• Positive attitude and a can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate and isolate water mains for planned or emergency works.
• Own and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Support project work and leakage detection activities.
• Investigate and resolve network performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and water quality standards.
