Thames Water is seeking a Network Service Technician to maintain and resolve issues in the clean water network across North London. The role blends customer service with technical problem solving and field maintenance, serving as the public face to customers on site.

You will operate mains, handle queries, support leakage detection, and ensure safety and water quality standards are met while covering a broad geographic area from Deephams.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
• IT literacy and good time management.
• Positive attitude and a can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate and isolate water mains for planned or emergency works.
• Own and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Support project work and leakage detection activities.
• Investigate and resolve network performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and water quality standards.
