Job summary

Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major water and wastewater projects in the South East. You will take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover, coordinating MEICA, process, civil and commissioning teams to meet programme, budget and safety targets.

The role requires strong leadership, NEC contract experience and the ability to manage complex interfaces and client relationships across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering water/wastewater projects.
• Strong understanding of MEICA and complex interfaces.
• Experience with NEC contracts and commercial management.
• Willingness to travel across the South East.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple water/MEICA projects or larger, complex schemes across the South East.
• Take ownership of programme, budget, quality, health & safety, risk and client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across MEICA, process, civil, construction and commissioning disciplines.
• Manage interfaces between design, construction, commissioning and the supply chain.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to drive delivery.
