Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design Manager to be the technical lead on major water and infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will oversee delivery from concept through detailed design, guiding cross-discipline teams and coordinating with clients to ensure value and service excellence.

You will bring strong engineering expertise (Civils, Mechanical, Electrical, Process) and ideally be chartered, with a track record of leading complex projects and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Chartered with a relevant engineering institution; support may be provided to achieve this.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept to detailed design.
• Manage and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders.
