Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design Manager to lead water project design across the UK. You will steer multidisciplinary teams from concept to detailed design, delivering high-impact solutions in clean water, wastewater, flood risk and urban drainage.

You will work closely with clients and the Project Manager to ensure value and service excellence, coordinating engineers and specialists to deliver major schemes and complex multi-disciplinary work.

Qualifications

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical and Electrical, Process or any other relevant discipline.
• Chartered with a relevant engineering institution; support can be given to achieve this if required.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across water projects from concept to delivery.
• Deliver design & build projects, detailed design delivery and owners engineer services.
• Plan and lead technical delivery, collaborating with clients and guiding your team.
