Job summary

Stantec seeks a Design Manager in the UK to lead design teams across water projects from concept to detail design. You will collaborate with project managers, clients and engineers to deliver value and compliant solutions.

Based in the UK with offices in London, Reading, High Wycombe or Cambridge, this role offers hybrid working and a clear path to chartered status and professional development within a global engineering network.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineer with strong technical expertise across civil, mechanical, electrical or process disciplines.
• Chartered status with a relevant engineering institution preferred; support can be provided to achieve this if required.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Lead design teams from concept to detailed design for water projects.
• Oversee design & build delivery and owners engineer services with complex collaboration.
• Partner with clients and project managers to deliver best value and service excellence.
