Job summary
Stantec is seeking a Design Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering water projects from concept to detailed design across the UK. You will guide technical delivery, collaborate with clients and shape major schemes in clean water, wastewater, flood risk and urban drainage.

Qualifications
- Experienced engineer with strong technical expertise across civil, mechanical, electrical or process disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and major projects.
- Chartered engineer status, or clear route to chartered status with ICE/equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead design teams to deliver projects from concept through detailed design.
- Oversee delivery and multi-disciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver design & build projects and owners engineer services as required.
- Collaborate with clients and leverage Stantec's global network of experts.
