Job summary

Stantec seeks a Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams across water projects in the UK. You will oversee concept to detailed design, coordinate with clients and internal experts, and drive technical excellence on major water, wastewater, flood risk and urban drainage schemes.

Qualifications

• Seasoned engineering professional with multidisciplinary delivery experience.
• Experience leading design teams across civils, mech, elec or process disciplines.
• Chartered status or Progress toward chartership with ICE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams to deliver water sector projects from concept to detailed design.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as technical lead to ensure value and service excellence in delivery.
