Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design Manager to lead major water projects from concept to detailed design. Based in the South West (Bristol/Cardiff/Exeter), you will guide multidisciplinary teams and work with key clients to deliver value.

You will shape technical delivery, leverage our global network, and drive innovation in clean water, wastewater, flood risk and urban drainage while enjoying a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on major projects.
• Proven ability to deliver design through to construction.
• Strong client engagement with the UK water sector.
