Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Design Manager in the UK to lead a talented team delivering water projects from concept to detailed design. You will influence major clients and ensure value and service excellence across Civils, Mechanical, Electrical and Process disciplines.

You will guide the technical delivery, manage stakeholders and coordinate with the PM to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects with access to a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical and Electrical, Process or related discipline.
• Engineered leadership of multidiscipline teams across complex projects.
• Experience delivering major projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of water projects from concept to detailed design.
• Oversee design & build delivery, detailed design, and owners engineer services.
• Collaborate with clients and drive multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones.
