Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Waste Systems Administrator role based in Gaydon, Warwickshire on a permanent contract.

You will provide day-to-day support for waste management software, coordinate audits, and produce KPI reports, while liaising with customers and suppliers.

Experience in administration, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a manufacturing setting are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, systems, compliance or operational support.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for waste management software and portals.
• Serve as central contact for system queries.
• Support waste management procedures and Duty of Care.
• Schedule and coordinate audits.
• Produce monthly KPI and management reports.
• Maintain records across waste systems and SharePoint.
• Assist with budgets and financial reporting.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and consignment docs.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Support new business proposals with pricing benchmarks.
• Collaborate with operations, sustainability, and sales teams.
