Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Waste Systems Administrator to join an established organisation supporting a major waste management contract based in Gaydon, Warwickshire. This role involves managing waste management software, compliance tasks, reporting and financial administration across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong Excel and reporting skills; experience in waste management or manufacturing environments is advantageous and familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, systems, compliance or operational support.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience producing reports and KPIs.
• Good written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for waste management software and portals.
• Act as central contact for system and portal queries.
• Support compliance with waste management procedures and Duty of Care.
• Schedule and coordinate internal, supplier and external audits.
• Produce monthly KPI, progress and management reports.
• Maintain documentation across waste management systems and SharePoint.
• Support waste minimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Raise purchase orders and invoices related to waste transactions.
• Prepare waste transfer notes and consignment documentation.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers and respond to queries.
