This role involves leading welding compliance and driving quality across critical manufacturing programmes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in welding governance within regulated environments, ensuring adherence to ISO standards.

You'll be responsible for developing welding procedures, conducting audits, and managing personnel to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered along with benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles such as Responsible Welding Coordinator or Welding Engineer.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards pertinent to welding.
• Experience in developing and implementing welding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant management systems.
• Audit subcontractor welding capabilities.
